Monday 22nd July saw the hottest day of the year so far, and the hottest day recorded since July 2006. However, alongside hundreds of other devoted fashionistas, we braved the heatwave to attend Scoop, the international fashion trade show.
Hosted this season at the Saatchi Gallery, Scoop showcases hundreds of gorgeous brands and we pick out the best to give to you!
Transported in style from the station in Scoop organised rickshaws(!) we felt oh so glam (well, as glam as you can be in 30°) as we prepared for our large scale shopping trip.
We struggled through the jungle of stands, feeling like explorers in the dizzying heat of our fashion expedition, and hopefully we managed to cherry pick the best of the best to bring to our wonderful customers.
We had a glimpse of the new Alex Monroe collection and ordered in some new bits, as well as re-ordering some old favourites (keep an eye out for the classic Bumblebee Necklace).
Whilst there we tucked in to delicious meringues in every flavour served to us by the lovely Meringue Girls - we highly recommend!
It was truly a treat to wander amongst the fabulous art work and credit goes to every brand there for going all out with some stunning pieces for next season.
